Availability & Access

The site and venue consist of a grand marquee capable of holding functions for up to 130 people. 12 round tables of 10 guests, with a further a top table for up to 10 people. 

The main marquee is supplied with tables, chairs and also includes linen tablecloths which will be laundered after the event by the venue. The marquee has a dancefloor for up to 130 people and food tables are arranged for the service of the caterers’ requirements. The bar is supplied with a fridge and freezer for ice storage. The marquee also has a water dispenser, dispensing cold and sparkling drinking water. There is electricity in all of the 4 corners, floodlights on the outside and room lights inside (mains fed – no noisy generators). A further 2 x 32amp feeds are available for caterers’ requirements.
 

The venue includes a luxury VIP mobile toilet unit, which contains 3 ladies’ toilets and 1 gentlemen’s toilet and a urinal for up to 3 men at a time. The venue is inclusive of Public Liability Insurance and all energy costs. Further toilet facilities can be organised at cost (units containing 4 ladies’ traps, a urinal for 6 men and disabled toilets are also available, if required).

Additional outdoor seating, subject to good weather, can also be provided for guests as part of your event or commitment ceremony. 

There is ample secure parking for 50 cars (cars are required to be removed before 11am on the day after the event). The car park is lit and secure and all events hire includes manned security.
